Sara, the designer, was able to accurately assess my needs/wants and provide a perfect design recommendation within minutes! She then secured me an install date the following week, resulting in a turnaround time that you can barely get off the shelf. Hassan, the installer, was professional and respective of my home. He was careful and took his time, including a thorough clean-up before leaving. Finally, I must mention cost and quality. I have had work done in the past by a different company, but am happy I switched to Closets by Design because of how much more you get for the same price (without sacrificing quality). I love my new closet. Thank you!
