The quote given was not specific as to the amount of time & materials it would take to complete the job. There was just a total for the proposed work. When requested to delete some of the work, they were unable to adjust the quote accordingly. When the job was requested to be quoted as time and materials, the materials were quoted as about $1,000 leaving approximately $8,000 for labour costs. This would work out to approximately 3 weeks of work/ 7 hours a day. The job was possibly 4-5 days tops. Seemed like a lot of profit was added to this job based on these calculations. Also they were unable to schedule the work when needed and subsequently kept putting if off for some weeks until I had to resort to obtaining a new contractor to do the work.

Engaged this company to cut out and enlarge the opening for a larger window in the basement. The two young men arrived on time, were very courteous, respectful of the space they were working in by removing their footwear along with protecting the space outside of the work area. Very professional and very satisfied with the work done.

Received excellent service when looking into trying to refit existing BBQ from propane to natural gas on a type that was not from North America. Decided to purchase a new BBQ and received great information as to the type of BBQ I was looking for, within my price range, things to look for, etc. They then cam and installed the BBQ which was done on time and everything (packaging) was removed and all I had to do at the end of the day was turn it on.... Yum!

Very friendly and courteous emplopyees. The technician showed up on time, he completed the work on time, he cleaned up after the work was done and removed the old humidifier. Was very satisfied with the work.
