I had reached out to Shift Air to quote an AC installation at a private residence. Brent provided a competitive quote and was very responsive to questions/concerns that I had. When we had installation date confirmed, I had to re-schedule it last minute due to some unforeseen circumstances. Brent was very approachable and understanding.
