Avoid at all costs. Ken and his 'brother' Collin are untruthful and will avoid you if there is an issue. They installed us a defective SileStone quartz counter top and took off without without finishing the job. There were chips filled in all around the sink with epoxy. There is a massive crack that happened within a week of the installation due to the corner being cut wrong. I'm very frustrated because I've never even used the kitchen yet and I have to call another company to replace this broken counter top they provided me. They come off as nice people but once they get your money they don't care. They frequently were not truthful about installation dates. I had to take several days off work due to constant rescheduling. They even refused to finish the job until we paid in full upfront. Look at the photos of this job. The Quartz is defective, and they refuse to do anything about it. Tried calling them on many occasions and they continue to ignore my calls and texts. I can't even activate my SileStone 25 year warranty because they are refusing to give me a receipt, even though we paid in full of the agreed price. Ken and Collin are shady business men without any integrity. They come off as nice at first but will run as soon as there is an issue.
