Adam and his team were nothing short of AMAZING! We were caught short on the past holiday weekend without a/c since our old system broke down. Adam was able to quote me on a great system as well as provide many options. He was sincere and most importantly honest. Hard to find these days. We used Mirage 3 years ago to renew ALL of our pool equipment as well as the liner. Things were fine for awhile. They have NOW become TOO big and customer service has been horrendous this year. Our pool opening was scheduled and done only to be told that we had an issue with our filter and we would need a technician to come out at $150 for the ‘call out charge ‘ and then another $60 for the part. The technician came and said that he has no idea what the openers were talking about and things were ‘fine’. Today we find out that our filter wasn’t working and we went to Mirage to ask for help only to be told ‘ they were too busy today and that no technical service could be done on a Sunday ‘ in quite a rude manner. We are less than impressed. Seems as though they no longer care and have lost their way !!

Eddy and his team were simply amazing to deal with. They were professional and had a great price as well. We felt that Eddy had our best interests as heart when he toured our home and had GREAT suggestions as to which type of windows and doors would look best. We would DEFINITELY use them again and recommend them to ANYONE.

We have used Deluxe Alarms since we moved into our new home 3 years ago and have not looked back ! They have provided us great customer service, always there when we have needed them in the past. Great value for money too. We would recommend this alarm service to anyone !
