Had 3 previous installations, was fabulous!! Even owner checked back after completion! This is in reference to the franchise in barrie I had a sliding door installed about 3 years ago, and needed to be looked at, when I had a front door installed last year, they took pictures of the sliding door and of course were going to be in touch!! I just realized they never bothered to follow up, nor was I ever contacted to see if I was satisfied with the new front door. The front door handle they installed, has a door handle that won't stay screwed in tight, and when it's locked you can't tell on the outside, and a screen door that doesn't close smoothly. ALL in all, I have been a loyal supporter. BUT, now I won't be!! I must say, completely disappointed!!
