Scott has installed (2) screen doors for us. The first one is at our home in Mississauga, about 8 years ago, it has worked flawlessly. So when it was time for a door at our cottage, we called Scott and he has installed another one. It has only been in for about a month and in that time our Daughter's dog ran into it and knocked it off the track. The magnet held on. We retracted it and it was as good as new. It is a fantastic screen, it is nice to have the whole door open to let the breeze through. very satisfied Jim
