First the bad stuff. We live in Hamilton and apparently it's hard for Clera Windows and Doors to find people to install windows out here. 6 months later... Now the good stuff. Our salesperson, Guillermo, used to be a window installer before moving into sales. In the end, he ended up doing it himself. On the day he came to install I can't say enough about the dedication to getting the job done shown by Guillermo. We live in an old double brick home and we opted for a brick-to-brick replacement of a couple windows in our house. The one in the kitchen seemed pretty straight forward. The one in our second story bath was another matter. He was there most of the day on a ladder by himself in 30C heat. Due to a poor reno by previous home owners there was quite a bit of water damage done to the wall behind some tiles. Some tiles and wall flopped right off ridding the removal of the old window. Guillermo was able to repair the bit of missing wall and help me set in some replacement tiles to get it looking nice again. My point is, he went above and beyond and that was very reassuring. The windows themselves seem great. They are just as advertised, so no surprises there.
