When Neil came out to give us an estimate, he was very informative and answered all of our questions. After reviewing the estimates we got from other companies as well, we chose Rexford. Our appointment was booked and then, covid hit! Angie got in touch with us quickly to update us and we understood that we would have to wait, like the rest of the world on hold. Once we got the message that our project could proceed, Mauricio and his crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were efficient and did a wonderful job. However, after a downpour, we noticed two little leaks and I contacted Angie again. The team were rescheduled to return and they fixed our issues. We no longer have any leaks and we love the work that was done. Everyone we talked in this company have been very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

We just replaced 10 windows through Cayman Windows and we are extremely satisfied with all of them. On the day of the install, the four installers, Brett, Jason, John and Nathan, arrived on time. During the removal of the windows, all of the smaller scrap pieces of trim were put into large garbage pails that they brought with them and they put down drop sheets so that any smaller debris would be contained on them. By the end of the day, all 10 windows were replaced, inside and outside trim was secured and looked fabulous. Any old windows that were recyclable were dropped off at the Restore for Habitat for Humanity. All garbage was removed and not one speck was left behind. This entire process with Cayman Windows was stress free: from picking out the windows at their showroom, choosing the correct trim colour when they came to measure, to the final installation process.
