This is my second service call. I have no words to describe the level of experience and professionalism of Dimitry. Without going into the details, he helped me alot with my old hot water tank and on the same time did full diagnostics of my furnace and air-conditioning system. I glad that met him. Thank you kindly for taking your time to review our encounter and for sharing with others. I hope you don't mind me sharing this, your original inquiry with us was to replace your "aging" hot water tank. Upon our scheduled arrival, the hot water tank in question, was inspected thoroughly and it was determined, the tank is 7 yrs old and is still in good, safe, operational condition. To conclude, we did not replace the tank and advised you to hold off on doing so. If it ain't broken, don't fix it.
