We have been using Cool Flame since our pool heater stopped working right before our big house warming pool party and Dwayne was able to squeeze us in and come on on very short notice to make sure our party went off without a hitch. Since then I have had them clean our old furnace and just last week when our 20+ year old furnace called it quits, I knew the first person to call was Dwayne. Both Jeremy and Dwayne worked together to diagnose our furnace and help us purchase a new one which they installed seamlessly. I came on here to write a review because they are the type of company you want to see do well. Dwayne is a genuine, trustworthy professional and I have already recommended him to family and friends and would recommend to anybody. I honestly can’t say enough about these guys and this company!
