Received a quote for interior and exterior window cleaning from Braden. At the time of booking, Braden was very prompt with responses and was quick to answer any questions regarding the given quote. Ryan came out on a Friday to complete the job. The exterior window cleaning was descent for the most part, except for one window on the second floor. This particular window had bird droppings that were not entirely removed with the cleaning. The interior cleaning was atrocious. The windows still had remaining mildew spots that were never taken care of. The frames were left with brown water smudge marks, as well as a mess on the wooden casings. I have sent several emails, left voice messages and called multiple times to no avail. I have not been able to get ahold of anyone; I am now left with a very dissatisfied project and dirtier windows then when I started. Most definitely does not hold true to the claim of "100% satisfaction guaranteed" as quoted on the website.

Michael came to the house for the free consult: he was eager to display his product without being pushy. He was patient, as I can be quite indecisive, and was more than willing to display the various products as I kept changing my mind. The product was delivered within the time frame that I was initially told. The installers were very respective of our space (and of my two year old who happen to be napping at the time they arrived). There was damage to one shutter, which was brought to my attention by the installer and dealt with accordingly (they took the shutter back and returned it a few days later with the fix). I was extremely happy with he entire process and would recommend Window Blinds Direct to anyone.
