I was missing boxes plus expensive individual items. They did not take a list of articles at the pickup or drop-off. if you use them please request this. They told me they don't do this but when contacting them about missing items there was to way to prove they were missing. When I contacted a manager she continuously told me it must have been my fault at the pickup location (which was empty when I left). She told me to call the RCMP if I think things were missing. She was very rude and took no responsibility for my missing property. She should not be working at a job that deals with public. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR..
