Come the spring weather, I went down to my basement to open the shutoff valves, to realize one of the shutoff valve for the yard connection was fully oxidized and about to crumple. I called Val (Valentin) from DrainCom. He arrived at the dot. An amazing expert in his craft and fantastic person. Not only did Val help with the replacement for the oxidized valve (soldered), he also changed other valve in end of life state at a fair price. He also explained the right process for winter prep, and how to shut the valves using the drain nipple. It didn’t stop at that, as I wanted to change the kitchen faucet, Val helped guide which faucet would be good and helped install the same in my kitchen. A newer faucet is like a free vanity upgrade to the kitchen and impress your other half, and thanks to Val, it looks just amazing!
