I've been with Deluxe alarms for almost 10 years and through 3 homes. I have always received courteous and prompt service. I recently did a system test for my alarm and had the pleasure of working with Melinda. I was a quick and easy process. I appreciate the fact that she gave me her direct line to call her back when it was convenient for me to test the system, instead of waking up my child. Thanks

I spoke to Melinda in Customer Service regarding my Deluxe Alarms account. Melinda was great! She was understanding and requested updated information required for the account be sent via email so that the information could be forward to the Administration Dept. I have been a Deluxe Alarms customer for the past 2 years and have received nothing but great service. Thanks again Melinda, you rock!
