The service department messed up my liner. They came back and installed a new one. They also gave me a 100 gift card for the extra water costs. Amanda from the Brantford store was amazing. Meg from the Burlington store followed up immediately. She took all my calls. Excellent customer service. Constant follow up emails and calls. I would like to commend them both. Mistakes happen but Meg was fantastic solving the problems. Very satisfied with the service.
