Had a blockage in my hose. I called Bill to see what can be done to remove the blockage and Bill walked me through the steps patiently. I could not get the blockage out and dropped in the store and Bill got the blockage out in 10 mins. Did not have to pay anything. Been dealing with Bill and his store for the past 10 years, purchased 3 central vac units. Very happy with the price and service I receive.
