Very happy with AC Electrical. The office staff were polite and professinoal and very understanding of the fact that I am a remote landlord and the challenges that go along with that. The technician was professinal and good at communicating - and one issue we had with one of the repairs was fixed under warranty the next day with no issues. Highly recommended.

Richard went way above and beyond on our latest service call. He followed up with a facetime on a friday evening to answer a question we had, then he spent hours the following long weekend texting and calling with us about options to replace our furnace. He was patient, knowledable and friendly. Some of the best customer service we've ever had!

Richard reached out to us in the Spring of 2019 as a follow-up to issue with a leak in our new A/C unit in the fall of 2018. Richard discovered there was a problem with the coil and replaced it on the spot - still under warranty. We really appreciate that he was proactive and reached out to us before the summer season - and headed off a problem we would have had when we used the A/C for the first time that summer. Great, professional service!

I dealt with the owner, Richard, who got our failing AC unit replaced quickly and was very communicative, which I appreciated since we had to organize this repair remotely. Richard was great at coordinating the visits with our tenants. Highly recommended.
