All the good reviews are totally real. These guys (especially Ken) provide the best service. I had received services from two other companies before and wanted to wait for the last one when we had a squirrel stuck in our chimney but Ken came faster and boy I was lucky. Other than getting the squirrel out of chimney, he inspected the work of other company and told us that it wasn't covered properly. He covered it for us for free. He also installed the vent covers for much cheaper than the other company had quoted me for. And the best part, our chimney cover had fallen down and Ken said he would come back and install it for free for me if I buy the cover myself. He came back twice since the first time I didn't buy the right item and installed it for free even though it didn't have anything to do with his work. I didn't have to pay another company and pay a few hundreds just to install that cover. I won't hesitate to call this company again next time I need animal control. Our insurance company was very picky and asked us to get chimney metal liner installed. I called Wilkens to get a quote. They were very quick to respond and send someone. Even though I screwed up the schedule first time, they still came back another day I was home. The guy who came was super polite and nice. He inspected the chimney and gave us a quote but told us he wouldn't recommend it since it's an older house and the chimney is too narrow. He also told us that the code doesn't require us to install the liner. We had to argue with our insurance about that and they even called Wilkens to confirm it and finally got it resolved. Wilkens didn't charge us for any of that and I am very grateful for their service. I wouldn't hesitate to call them if we have any masonry work in the house.

Fedor and his team did the waterproofing for our last house 4 years ago and we were very happy with their service. No issue at all for the last 4 years. This time we moved to a new house and was suspecting a leak so to be safe we said we waterproof the basement before moving in. We asked for a couple of companies again to give us an estimate. Like last time Fedor's estimate was the most reasonable one and they came to do the job very quickly. He also helped us with the form for the city's subsidy.

Called Mike in the morning, he came the same night to give me the quote. His price was much more reasonable than any other quote I got from other companies. He came one week later with his colleague and replaced the AC and furnace coil. They did a very clean and professional job. We can't wait for hot days to enjoy the new AC.

Called them and got a quote right away. Since our attic is not big he said they charge minimum fee and no extra cost. He was very friendly and helpful. We have a small attic, that has very tight spotts due to the flat roof, yet they covered all the areas. First they covered all the items in the room they took their hose through. After the job they cleaned up the house cleaner than before. Very nice people and good service, no extra charge or anything. Totally recommend.

We had an ikea mattress that was too soft for me and I would get back pain in the mornings. We decided to invest in a good mattress since it is really important for me. First, we went to the store and there was absolutely no helpful person in the store and they just wanted to sell their mattress with barely any information about back problems and how mattresses would help, just giving their random ideas. Then, after we thought we found a good mattress that is not too firm nor too soft and has even memory foam on it, they told us that we can try it and if we don't like it we can change it with absolutely no charge so we purchased the mattress. But, after sleeping on this mattress, I have been having back pains worse than ever. Now I rather sleep on the couch than this mattress so I don't wake up with terrible back pain. I called their service and they say that there's no problem and I can change it, but I have to pay $50 for the delivery. I am now screwed because I have to go to a store with no expert at all and choose randomly another mattress and pay $50 again to deliver it and just hope that it is better than this one, which has no guarantee and I might have to pay $50 again to change that one God knows for how long. So in short, never ever buy anything from sleep country. I wish someone had told me about it before I get deceived by their advertisements.
