This has got to be the worst HVAC company I dealt with. Tech was sent over to repair my parent's central AC. The tech just looked around, left the house for an hour, came back, looked around some more told my parents that the AC should be working and to leave it running for the cold air to come. My parents were billed for $867 which they paid. Several hours after the tech left, the AC was still running but no cold air. The manager/owner Chris was contacted and he said the said the charges were for services rendered. A little argument ensued and he hung up the phone. This is ridiculous. My parents are seniors and are not mechanically inclined. I felt that they were taken advantage of by an incompetent technician and unfriendly manager. I will take case to court.

Unfortunately Mr.Anonymous everything you've stated is not true other than your parents are senior and we were at your home. You called us because some other company installed your a/c horribly wrong and now they are out of business. You've told us you had already 2 other repair quotes from other HVAC contractors giving you their opinon on what's wrong with the a/c. You had us also come over to diagnose the problem. We stated that the system has a refrigeration leak and there was no R410 refrigerant left in system. We gave you an estimate of the cost to find and fix the leak, recharge the a/c with new R410 and we said that there maybe more problems with the system which would cost more $ but is unknown till we can run the a/c. You and your parents and other family were told all the facts. We left to continue our other scheduled appts , you called us back to proceed even though you knew the costs could be more?. We returned and we consequently repaired the system at the agreed price, tested a subcool of -9. System working as best as possible and you were told the compressor is noisey and we don't know how long it will last. You called us back twice since, we returned at no cost to you and we discover the a/c cooling and working. I believe the real reason behind this unsubstantiated malicious attack on Airplus is because you or your parents got taken advantage of by the contactor that sold and installed the a/c originally a year ago. I hope everything works out in the future with your a/c. If you have a problem next summer, we will come out at no cost to diagnose, we stand behind our repairs and warranty.
