Millennium Flooring Surfaces

$1.75/ sqft installing prefinished flooring. The short and specific, this company lacked professionalism, punctuality and respect for owners needs and contractual obligations. Please read on for further details: The company "Sal" consistently talked about how they would go above and beyond to get the job done right. These 2 brothers Sal and Cosmo both sounded as though they knew what they were doing and did show some signs of "excellent" sales experience. The devil is in the details and this verbal contract was done and paid in full after completion before I had the smarts to examine the floor and all the fine details as the trim carpenters pointed out. For example these 2 guys ruined 5 of my door casings with back band when they installed the prefinished floor, scratched 6 of my walls and damaged the top of my master bedroom door by wedging wood in between the hinge line and header casings, also when shimming and nailing the flooring these guys left me with gaps along walls that were too big to cover with my shoe molding. The kicker is i have paid these guys 100% and now they are gone!! There have been NO response to any of my calls I recently spoke to Sals wife twice both times with assurance that he would get my messages but it has been to no avail! As I am still waiting and waiting since September 2014 when he said he "would come back" to take a look at these mistakes, it's now November 2014 no Sal! To top it all off, I cleaned up after them, cleaned up all the saw dust left behind in the house as respect in answering my calls or text messages.
