I had trouble getting the Internet connection hooked up. had to call several different customer service representatives--was on the hone for more than 2 hours. They kept connecting me to the wrong department--even Minnesota!
Then, once we did get it set up, we already did ourselves and they unhooked it and did it themselves so they could charge us for it. Then, recently, they came to do maintenance to our neighbor's cable and unhooked our internet. It took 2 days to get them to fix it. They're the only service you can get in this area.
