We decided to reno our kitchen which had green laminate countertops. We wanted to go with granite and searched on Homestars for the top companies.

We contacted TorontoGranite.com and they were very quick to answer any questions I had. We wanted a quick turnaround as we did not want to be out of a kitchen for too long. Most places usually say around 2 weeks. We were able to have them measure on a Friday and install the countertop on the following Wednesday. We probably could have had the countertop one day earlier, except it was a long weekend.

It was our first experience with granite, and when Mark came in to measure, he answered all our questions and had some good suggestions for us as well.

We had a bit of an issue with the countertop getting a little bit in the way with our drawers, but they were quick to respond and fix our issue.

We were also able to select the granite we wanted without having to come into the showroom which helped out a lot as it would have been tough to fit that in our schedule.

We are very happy with how our countertop looks and would definitely use them again.

I just had my granite kitchen countertop installed by TorontoGranite and I couldn't be happier. The product is beautiful and it was also very affordable compared to others companies I researched. The installers were extremely professional and friendly. I ordered counter tops from Toronto Granite.com. I found them through their website, which is impressive and I was equally impressed with the showroom, in particular that I could to go to the warehouse and see the actual slabs.

For both the measuring and installation appointments the person who came over called in advance, came on time and was generally really friendly.

Finally, the turnaround time was incredibly fast. I ordered Granite on Saturday, had measurements taken on Monday and it was installed on Wednesday of the same week!

Toronto Granite was great to deal with right from our first visit to the showroom. It was obvious that everyone involved in our order process from the purchase to the measurment visit and installation, knows the importance of customer service.

The gentlemen who did the installation were very thorough and detailed and didn't leave until every step was completed properly.

We have a complicated kitchen with 2 double stainless steel sinks and a peninsula that is about 6' x 6'- altogether about 70 sq. ft of counter. As we wanted a very light coloured counter, but not marble, we chose Quartzite, a stone harder and more difficult to work with than granite. The staff at Toronto Granite did an excellent job - precise measurements, arriving on time & staying until it was completed in one day. Where the one join was required, they lined up the grain of the counter to match that of the peninsula. Would certainly recommend them.

A friend recommended Toronto Granite to us and we couldn't be happier with their customer service and product. When selecting our countertop, Vlad was patient, helpful and did not pressure us at all. He let us go home with the sample and decide which one suited us best. He even price matched our granite counter and saved us $400! Mark and the install service men were efficient and took pride in their work. Our countertop looks great and only took 2 weeks from ordering to install! So nice to work with a company that follows through and sticks to deadlines. Great customer service!

We needed to get countertops done asap for listing our house. They were very fast and efficient and installed it within one week. Vlatko was always in communication with us and ready to work with our busy schedules. Great price and beautiful selection of granite. Will work with them again.

We shopped around and chose Toronto Granite for their reputation, variety and workmanship. The showroom staff were patient and knowledgeable. We were given the choice of a variety of granites available in the showroom, or pictures of future shipments. We were thrilled with with a piece already in the showroom. We also selected sinks/baskets etc from a range provded in the showroom. Our (extremely irregularly shaped) kitchen was efficiently and (as we found out later) accurately measured the following day. Options regarding edging etc were also explained. Installation of the countertop was easily scheduled a week later to coincide with the rest of our kitchen reno. The two guys who did the installation (on a Saturday!!) were pleasant and knowledgeable like everyone else at toronto granite. They were patient, polite, clean - and perfectionists! Our curved countertop perfectly fits our irregularly shpaed kitchen, and our old faucets (which we wanted to keep) fit beutifully into the granite. We are thrilled with our sinks/countertop and have recommended toronto granite to familty, friends and neighbours already.
