I was very satisfied with the work that I contracted out to John Areia of Areia Concrete Inc.
His 25 years experience growing up in the Industry showed in his end product.
Many concrete companies DO NOT have 10' forms and can't do the work that Areia can. They were fast, dug the hole and the walls were up beofre the weeks end...WOW!
I would definietly recommend this company for any large project that cannot afford to have delays....Time is money, and who has extra money to throw away...go Areia and do it the right way.

When I wanted to add an addition to my home that required a new foundation, I obtained estimates and choose Areia Concrete as I got much more bag for the buck. Not only did they say that they would do the foundation and flooring, but also would install and supply the drainage, seal the outer perimeter, did out the site, replace all the back fill, and install the decks and floor to the garage and give me a written 25 year warranty. Much more then offered by Tarian. As they were working, they noticed the differences between existing and nw and offered to replkace the basement floor for only the cost of the material. They also replaced my driveway when some cement spilled on it....for free. All the additional work was covered by th original warranty. They may be located out of the GTA, but they do alot of work here and are worth the effort to contact them
