The staff were courteous, efficient and professional. The initial contact by phone was pleasant, informative and clear. The appointment time fit my schedule even after the initial contact and appointment made, i called back 10 minutes later and had the appointment made for the same day and within an hour. The staff on the truck called and arrived exactly when they said they would be there. /10

Just Junk is the best company in its category. I have hired Just Junk three times in the last few years. Every time they are on time, efficient, courteous and thorough. The price of their service is more than reasonable and I most admire the fact that they do donate reusable goods. /10

It was easier and cheaper then I thought. When I ran the cost analysis of renting, loading, time, gas, effort to rent a truck, dump fees, and do it myself it was $25 more to get Just Junk which in my view is well worth it! It really was quick and easy, and even though you guys are the first, and most well known you are also the cheapest which shows your grassroots mentality. /10

This was the first time I used Just Junk and I was extremely impressed with the professional, courteous staff. They were on time and efficient and even swept up after themselves. Above and beyond service. I will not only use Just Junk again but I will be sure to tell all my friends and family to use Just Junk the next time they have "stuff" that needs to go to the dump. /10

The guys who arrived were excellent workers. They chat but keep working and even though it was A LOT OF TRIPS from the office to the truck with just plain junk (mostly little things), they were very friendly. I would not hesitate to hire you again. /10

I have used both the Hamilton and Niagara locations of Just Junk a total of 5 or 6 times over the last year and a half and I have received excellent service from both of them. Friendly, prompt, courteous, efficient and economical. A service that can't be beat. /10

The two lads were personable and efficient. They worked well as a team,they were mindful of the special care needed in transporting a large television to their vehicle. Both were courteous to us and respectful of the cleanliness of our home (covering their winter boots before entering our home).
