Interlocking Stone review in

We hired Tom and his crew to interlock our front walkway and add a parking pad to the driveway. Work went overschedual and he kept saying he would come back to fix the broken paver bricks. We had the work done in June and its now December. Also the driveway bricks have come apart - looks awful.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- They could do the work properly the first time or at the very least come back to fix there mistakes.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Get several references (at least 3) from people who have had the work done for more than a year.
