We chose RAAKSS because we were impressed with Robbie's pleasant but professional manner when he promptly arrived to give us a quote on gutting and renovating two bathrooms. His quote was in line with another reasonable one we had received, and we were comfortable with the detailed contract that provided us with a price for his labour. Once Robbie began our project, he arrived reliably every day, progressing methodically from one stage to the next quite quickly. It was important to have all the materials we provided (i.e., tiles, fixtures and accessories) on hand to not slow Robbie down, but he was flexible when there was a brief delay in receiving an item. He demonstrated his expertise by solving issues that came up, such as our purchase of a freestanding bathtub intended for installation while a home is being built! We would advise making use of Robbie's knowledge and experience by asking for his recommendations for important items you will require prior to purchasing them. Robbie completed our two bathrooms in the predicted time, at the quoted price, and they look beautiful! He didn't abandon us when the shower enclosure we purchased refused to co-operate, persisting with solutions until we were satisfied with the results. It was a pleasure to work with Robbie and we would gladly do so again. In fact, we have already recommended RAAKSS to friends. Thanks Robbie!
