Our moving crew took a 15 minute break out of every hour they worked. They were slow --even with the breaks -- and extremely unprofessional. When we complained to management afterwards, they mysteriously found numerous "extra" charges that they "didn't include", which were never discussed before and did not appear on the estimate. We would never use Premiere again, not only because of the poor work they did, but also because of the terrible attitude of their management.

- State in advance how many breaks the crew will take, and stick to that schedule. Hire workers who do not complain to the customer about how much work they have to do.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Avoid Premiere at all costs.
