Local Move

Had a great experience with Premiere Van Lines. Steve, Mike O and Brandon were great. Move came in under estimate and they accept credit cards. We were able to get double areoplan points

Move from Quebec to Vancouver with Premier van line

WHERE IS MY STUFF
I am currently using Premier Van Lines to move the content of my house from Quebec city to Vancouver. The quotes was for a 12 to 14 days delivery.
The movers that came to pick up my things where very professional and courteous.
The problem came 2 weeks after they took my stuff. (day they where supposed to be in Vancouver)
I've call them and they told me there was some delay due to bad weather but the driver will call me 24h before he gets to Vancouver.
A few days later nothing... I've call again and was told they would contact the driver and get back to me with an a.t.a.
They never return my call!
I've call their office almost everyday since then. And the same story again. And no call back.
It's been 37 days today and still no sign of my stuff.

This company is a nightmare and I would avoid at all cost if I were you!!!

Moving company

Movers did not protect any of our appliances that are less than 18 months old. Scratched and chipped each one of our appliances, we paid for $50,000 cargo protection and they will not fix or replace anything. Our wine fridge doesn't even cool any more, and they said that they believe it was all pre-existing damage and will not cover anything! What a scam!

Home move

Recently I downsized from a 4 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom apartment. This move involved some complicated logistics, as my large collections of “things” (furniture, artwork, kitchen items, clothes, books and professional materials) were destined to be distributed to various family and friends, as well as to my new home.

The professionals at Premier Van Lines came to the rescue. In arranging the strategy for the undertaking I dealt with Frank Martin, Executive VP. He proved to be very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. He kept every promise that he made (free boxes delivered to my door, extra labels, an excellent crew, and great service). He suggested that I move the goods in two stages, in order to minimize confusion: the first delivery to the various family members and friends (3 drops) and the second to my new apartment residence. This turned out to be a wise strategy.

For both moves I got the same truly excellent crew that Frank promised. In both cases they arrived on time. They had been properly briefed in advance by Frank, so that they understood what I was trying to accomplish. They took significant care with my belongings and with the surroundings. And they got the deliveries right.

All of this was accomplished at a highly competitive price. The cost for both moves was exactly as estimated in advance: no surprises! There is no doubt that I would use these guys again!

Local residential move-toronto

Damaged goods and 1 lost item.
Reassured us that they did not use subcontracted crews or moving vehicles. Driver arrived with filthy hands, and a dirty, unmarked van(no company logo).Driver admitted that he was a subcontracted employee.Driver did not review Bill of Lading properly.
We were told by Premiere that our RVP 'insurance' had been waived,a change which we did not authorize or approve. We later discovered that their offices had erred.
Fortunately, we had a strong paper trail and Premiere eventually reimbursed us in part for our losses following a lengthy and stressful process. Overall, a very stressful experience from the get go. We reccomend that you check with the BBB, the Canadian Association of Movers (CAM) and the following website prior to signing any contract-if your questions are evaded, and your internal red flags are raised, walk away:
