We purchased oil from Jamie Oil at the recommendation of our landlord. We applied for service via fax, and I faxed my application to the company three days before we moved in to our home. We were never told by the office staff that--for some reason--our fax wasn't received. When we called for oil (the tank was on E) we were told we didn't have an approved application on file.
However, we were able to drive there immediately, fill out all the relevant paperwork, and a field technician was sent *immediately* to our house. He filled the oil tank and came inside to make sure our furnace was running properly. Excellent service, and we look forward to working with this company.
