Nick did a great job replacing an exisiting BBQ line. First and foremost he returned my call, homeowners know that that's half the battle. He was able to fit me in on my preffered date and took the time to explain everything.

Nick also responded to emails in a timely fashion, let me know when he was running late and followed up to make sure everything was ok. It was all the little things that made a big difference in addtion to being professional and fairly priced.

Just moved into my new house in Erin Mills, Mississauga, and I needed gas lines to my stove and my outdoor grill. Nick at Metro West gave me the best quote, and I'm glad I went with him. He fit me into an already tight schedule on short notice, and found the most efficient solution for running new gas lines to my appliances. Nick was friendly, professional and well organised, and I would highly recommend him.

I had a leaking hot water heater that was in need of replacing. A Reliance technician had assured me it still had life left in it. When I noticed it leaking I had no choice but to drain the tank and had no water in my home. I called Nick on a Sunday evening. He and his technician were there Monday morning as promised. They worked the entire day and completed the installation of the new tank and also did the work on the microwave venting and the gas hookup for the range. The work was done as promised with little disruption to me. I appreciate Nick's sense of urgency, his good work and his honesty. 10 out 10 for sure!

Nick and his team did an exceptional job installing a gas line for my new BBQ. They were professional, courteous and left the site clean as if they hadn't even been there. Nick did an awesome job installing two new runs of gas lines from my utility room to my kitchen stove, and dryer. He was quick prompt and neat, would recommend his services.

Nick did an awesome job. He explained what he felt would be the right solutions for my home and presented the options. He capped an old gas line to an old BBQ and removed it and installed a new line for future BBQ hook up. He also pleasantly surprised me by replacing the paver with the hole where the old BBQ. Nick lived up to the positive reviews. Responded right away, came onsite and provided the quote, kept in touch, and completed the work quickly (within 1 week of my call). There were 3 very different options for running the gas line and none of them were simple, Nick explained the pros and cons of each one. I had a cheaper quote from the store where I bought the bbq but they hadn't even come on site to see the issues and Nick explained why the basic install wouldn't apply in this case (very long run requiring larger pipe because of pressure drop). Nick had to lower the entire gas meter to make room for the new connection and even adjusted the pre-existing interlocking stones so that the meter would be above grade again as required by code. Very clean and professional install job. Thanks Nick!

Smelled gas Dec 27 in house and outside. Union gas gave me violation and had to get it repaired in two months. Called around to the people listed in my area and Metro West Gas was the only person to return my call. Had it repaired quickly for the time of the year. Very happy with Nick and all his information related to the gas lines in my house.
