Nick lived up to the positive reviews. Responded right away, came onsite and provided the quote, kept in touch, and completed the work quickly (within 1 week of my call). There were 3 very different options for running the gas line and none of them were simple, Nick explained the pros and cons of each one. I had a cheaper quote from the store where I bought the bbq but they hadn't even come on site to see the issues and Nick explained why the basic install wouldn't apply in this case (very long run requiring larger pipe because of pressure drop). Nick had to lower the entire gas meter to make room for the new connection and even adjusted the pre-existing interlocking stones so that the meter would be above grade again as required by code.
