June 17 I went to turn on the AC for the summer...It did not work...after rechecking everything I could, I put in a call. The next day, Dave came to my house. Within ten minutes he found the problem and the air was running. Dave was friendly and efficient at his job. More people working in the service industry should be like Dave!

Sales agent Dan Shepley very thorough in explaining all details of our new purchase. Installers were very neat, quick and extremely efficient. All in all excellent job by all and would not hesitate to recommend. Great job everyone

When appointment made agreement was to call my cell and give me 20min to get home, like the flexibility. Did not try and sell me anything which I appreciated. Walked me thru all work done in an easy to understand manner.

The air conditioning was not give cool air. Rob came the next day we called to find out our problem. He told us our problems and the choices we had to get it fixed. It was a 17 year old air conditioning unit that needed to be replaced.

The installers Chris and Andrew came to my home at 9:00am and worked through the day leaving at 5:30pm.
They were very helpful with the feedback on the use of the systems.
Punctuality,workmanship are A one. All questions were answered promptly and clearly. Clean up was done very well. We are very satisfied with the hard work that entailed installing the new system. We feel confident the right choice is made to convert to gas heating. The price and choice of payment is absolutely reasonable and affordable. Big THANK YOU!!

We had our hot water tank replaced by Maric And Liam (RNTSA229) and they were very courteous and the job was done very well. they both did amazing jobs. We were very Satisfied with their work.

Otto (RNT 2602) was amazing! Super friendly, arrived on time, and got to the root of our problem. Otto saved me at least $50 by bit having to have a plumber come out to look at the problem. I will definitely recommend Reliance to my friends and family based on Ottos service. The girl who booked the appointment on the phone was great as well. She told me all about the protection plan for AC/HEAT. Great!

Last night my hot water tank failed and I called Reliance's 24 hour customer service line to book a service appointment. I was given an appointment for today between 7-11pm, however I requested that if possible the technician try to arrive closer to 7pm as we have a newborn.

Allen, the technician, read my request and arrived just after 7pm. Allen was friendly, courteous and effective. He knew what needed to be replaced and repaired the tank in a careful and efficient manner.

Your reputation is built on those you employ, I'm sure Allen will continue to positively contribute to Reliance's reputation.

I am writing this review to warn the public about Reliance's worry free program and the need to cautious when entering an agreement with this company. In my opinion, the worry free insurance you buy is only worth the expense when you stay with the program for the equipment's useful life or if it breaks down unexpectedly beyond its warranty period. If you move and the buyers of your home do not agree to assume the rental agreement you will naturally be required to buy out the residual value. Reliance does not address this potential issue issue when they come to discuss the advantages of their program. They only focus on the current incentives such as energy program rebates. They also fail to advise you that they mark up the product value by a minimum of 300% and focus only on the aspect that they perform regular maintenance which is covered through rental agreement. I sourced out the products installed (furnace and air conditioner) and they retail for a total of approx $2500. It will cost $8800 to get out of the program.

We had Jonathan Cain come into our home to have a look at our leaky hot water tank. He was able to diagnose the problem as a cracked drain valve and repair it within 10 minutes. He was professional, courteous and very polite. I would certainly request him by name if we need service in the future.
We received service the same day we called and within the outlined time frame given. Very satisfied and happy with both the phone call to report the problem as well as the service by Jonathan Cain.
