Inspection of old 20+ year old heater was within two hours of my call. Installation of new heater was prompt, efficient, professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend Reliance. I especially would like to thank Mark Cerson for fully explaining the process and taking time to answer all of my questions.

We were very pleased with Joey D. RCH 0977.Very professional technician he took time to explain what needed to be fixed and why.Great service and very fast left the whole basement spotless, he cleaned all of the water that was spilled and he even helped move stuff around thank you so much Joey.

Jason Mitruk came to our newly built house on July 23, 2014 to install water heater. He came on time, was very polite and informative. He was efficient and did a good job on installation of the water heater, and was overall very helpful and pleasant in contrast with negative experience we just had with local subcontractor. Mr. Norman Wong who was the representative to explain the service was extremely helpful and very curteous. I am very happy with the outcome in changing our old furnace and A/C to the new one provided by Reliance.

I am completely satisfied with the water heater installation by your staff (Daryl 2109) and received prompt service following my phone call. Daryl was punctual, well-organized and worked in an efficiency manner including keeping the work place and walk passage clean.

Our AC unit died and we were forced to purchase a new unit. We called four different companies and after reviewing all options, we decided to go with Reliance. While their price was not the lowest, the sales person Caitlin Forrest gave the best presentation, was so friendly, knowledgeable and thoroughly went through all of the options and details, she put our mind to ease that we were making the right decision (If her boss is reading this, she deserves a raise!!!). The tech install was completed without an issue and the techs were very pleasant and efficient. Given the Reliance reputation, and their outstanding staff (both Sales and Techs), we are extremely happy with the job done by Reliance and would recommend them to all our friends.

I have a Furnace and Air conditioning service contract, it is a monthly payment for this service. I have never waited for service. They are very helpful. Today service was done on both items.

I work 24 hour shifts and upon coming home this morning and going downstairs to find the family room carpet soaked....
Finding that the water heater has been leaking(for how long?) i called reliance rental water heater service... within an hour or two Matthew P. RCH1813 the technician was here and repaired the leaking drain tap...
Now its just a matter of drying the carpet ... hoping there is no damage there... overall totally pleased a satisfied that Reliance and their trusted advisor Matthew were so quick to respond and rectify my problem....
