Hot water boiler ( like a tankless hot water heater)

Basically the hot water pipes leading to the tank developed a slow leak. They recommended a boiler ( tankless water tank).
The beauty is I am saving energy and also room looks way bigger now, since the boiler goes on the wall along the side.
