Not happy with scheduling. I had a time frame 7-11 am and technician showed up shortly after 11. Do not blame technician but I do scheduling department. Luckily, I wasn't an optimist about the estimated time, so I booked a full day off from work. Shawn ( team member # 1306) was excellent, very considerate and respectful. It took a few hours but everything is fixed and so far so good. Reliance protection plan was a good investment.
