Had a bad experience with one of their guys, but their installation manager was amazing and sorted it out with me directly. He was kind, communicative and honestly just a very real human being. Thank you Rishie!

Combi Boiler Switch

Heating & Air Conditioning review in Toronto

They came in and installed combi boiler with their guy Joe. Joe left a mess everywhere and broke one of our porcelain statues. We spoke to them and our service rep Ali and nothing was done. Ali promised a manager would call us and each day nobody would call us back. Then the next day, all our radiators didnt work and Joe had installed one of the valves incorrectly so it started leaking into our basement. They did not care about us at all as soon as we signed the deal with them. Honestly one of the worst customer experiences I have had. Felt helpless and abused.
