Reliance Home Comfort

I contact Reliance to repair my AC unit in the attic that is leaking water. During the call they convinced me to also get the Cooling Protection Plan. Anyways, I booked the visit and took half day off to have the AC fixed.
A few days later, the technician came by and right away told me he doesn't work in attics. I call Reliance and they said another crew would be dispatched for such work. One week later, my husband took the day off to grant them access to the house... Again, same issue. I called them and they even wanted to dispatch another crew but I escalated the issue and was told they couldn't help me from the beginning. Now, I don't have AC and I will have to wait for another company to fix it which could have happened a couple of weeks ago if I was told by Reliance they couldn't do the job at my house.... HORRIBLE SERVICE.
