Water Filtration & Purification review in

Woke up to a "hissing" noise, went downstairs to investigate, found that water heater was spewing water out of the top vent, turned of the supply and called Reliance (we rent our tank from them) Repair man was out to our house within three hours of call, replaced the water heater, since we rent the heater from Reliance we had no charge for the repair.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Repair man was efficient, but could be a little more friendly, and perhaps use the time to discuss possible upgrades to the system.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Renting a water heater with a guaranteed service agreement will give excellent piece of mind
