Reliance only provides 24/7 phone support
But when your furnace dies on Sunday at 20 below, just talking to someone doesn't help.
I am dropping Reliance in favour of someone who will come out out on the weekend

Its been over a year since I dropped Reliance for my furnace support at my residence and life is good
