I had the pleasure of meeting Terry Warren after my furnace was red tagged during a routine inspection on Dec. 28th. Terry explained all my options and was even able to schedule the installation for the next day. The two technicians, Mike M. & Dan N. were very polite and explained everything they would be doing. They even put down a mat on my basement stairs to contain the snow they may track in. Dan ensured I understood my new fancy thermostat and even changed it to Fahrenheit for me (thanks boys for understanding, I am old school LOL). Considering I had the terrible news of having to replace my furnace 3 days after Christmas these 3 gentlemen made this a very pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to recommend the company.
