Over the last month, my hot water pressure has been very low, and decreasing. I called Reliance Home Comfort on Wednesday and they provided a technician to visit my home in under 24 hours, and at a reservation window at my convenience. Brad Peck, arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and diagnosed and corrected my problem in under 30 minutes from ringing my doorbell. Brad also gave me a quick review on how best to operate the tank controls. Excellent hot water and great pressure. Great result.
Note - I rent the water heater, therefore no cost for service.
