I have paid for their furnace service plan. They were out 3 times in a 2 weeks span for "No Heat" my furnace was short cycling.
After the third time, I called another provider and ended up getting a new furnace - There were 4 cracks and a HOLE in the heat exchanger, leaking CO throughout my house. (Check your Carbon monoxide detectors everyone!)
Its a miracle It didn't kill us - The recirculation fan was on 24/7 so that saved me from dying in the basement.
I Can't believe they missed this, never checked for CO. The furnace was short cycling because the flames were going directly into my ductwork and overheating.
