Sam came to the house and worked out a price and installation schedule that worked perfectly for us. The next day Amir & Adam came over to make the installation. As they were looking at the existing ducts they realized there was an issue with my home's ducts and how it was connected to the blower, they ordered a special connecting duct made to fit in order to fix that too, at no additional cost. The fact that they identified an issue I would have never known about and fixed it without trying to upcharge me, is a reflection of Amir's integrity. Sam and the management were also in full support of this. Great company culture.
