In a day when customer service is largely left to automated attendants and quota driven technicians it was most uplifting to see the high quality of service from Reliance Home Comfort. From the customer service attendant that took my call to Matt the technician who completed the service requirement the entire process was first class. The problem with my furnace that arose at 10:15 this morning was addressed by 2:30 this afternoon including the need to retrieve parts across the city. I can only wish that all business would take customer care as seriously as Reliance. Thanks to Matt and whomever answered the phone when I called.
