My 8 year old ductless AC broke down so I called Reliance about buying a new one. They sent out Joe D'Onofrio, who was great. Joe knows his stuff. He explained my options clearly and answered all my questions. Once I decided on the unit to purchase, Joe arranged for prompt installation that suited my schedule.
The installers arrived on time, did an excellent job and, importantly, cleaned up after themselves. The installation took about 5 hours -- well within the 4-6 hour window they had predicted.
Overall, I am very pleased with the work done by Reliance and would highly recommend them
