hot water tank

We have a small hot water tank in our house. It rusted out 2 years ago and had to be replaced. The new tank was an updated version of the old one. Due to space limitations in our utility room the installation was difficult and 20 months later we were having problems with the new tank. Several technicians came to our home but the problem kept occurring. After several visits Matt determined that it wasnt a bad thermocouple or a bad gas sensor but an issue with venting. The carbon monoxide detector readings were unsafe and Matt shut our water heater down. Uh hot water. Matt called Jason Rowe who showed up within a couple of hours and checked our utility room out for the suitability of a tankless water heater installation. It was found to be suitable and the only viable option for our home. Jason called an order in and the next available install date was 9 days away. Not long to wait but very long to wait with no hot water in our home. Jason was sympathetic and explained that hed do whatever it took to move the install date ahead as much as possible. We got an email less than 24hrs later and our install date moved from 9 days away to 2 days. Thank you Jason! Please pass along our heartfelt appreciation along to whomever had a part in getting us looked after quickly. Jason explained that he had help from individuals working on their days off to help us out. That is going above and beyond and is sadly lacking in business these days. Obviously not the case with Jason Rowe and his team at Reliance.
Kudos to you Jason. Thanks to Matt for finding the isdue with our tank and for shutting it down to keep our family safe. Our family thanks Matt, Jason Rowe and everyone else at Reliance for treating us like youd want your family to be treated. Brilliant customer service!
