I contacted Reliance to report a leak with our hot water tank - they advised that a technician would be there within 4 hours. We ended up waiting almost 7 hours and no one even showed up. When I would call customer service for an update they would tell me that the technician would definitely be there within 20 minutes, 20 minutes would pass, and no technician. This happened 5 or 6 times. They eventually would tell me that the technician was on a job and he would be late, I would call back for an update and they would now say he was at home. It then was 11 PM...still no sign of the technician. The supervisor then called me and said that they would need to rebook for the following day (when they knew this was an emergency they showed absolutely NO urgency to the matter) they had also dispatched for the wrong department. They now expect us to deal with this again tomorrow. This company is the most unprofessional, careless company I have ever dealt with. Absolutely do not use them for anything unless you want to deal with long wait times that result in them not even sending someone out to deal with your issue.
