Ive had a wonderful experience working with Canada Custom Shutters from the beginning. I was having the exterior of my house painted and was missing one shutter. Canada Custom Shutters replaced the missing shutter, with an exact match. They also went above and beyond to ensure I received it in a very timely fashion, so I was able to have it painted with the rest of the shutters. I strongly recommend them to everyone. They helped me resolve a problem and definitely exceeded expectations!

Were had Canada custom shutters install new shutters for our man cave. Our consultant Nick, came over with a sample shutter. With his experience, Nick made his recommendation that would enhance the appearance of our man cave. Brad kept us in the progress of our custom order and Jim did an amazing job installing them. Overall, it was a great experience and they all provided great customer service and care. We highly recommend them.

Our shutters are beautiful! Everyone who has seen them has asked where we got them. We are more than happy to recommend them because we are beyond pleased. From the no pressure sales to the seamless installation everything exceeded our expectations.

We recently had three bespoke shutters installed. They were arched dimensions and the technician who came to do the initial measure, Wayne did a fantastic job.

Shutters are of high quality and well installed. We really like the minimal profile with no middle bar. Also appreciate having the open splits adjusted in each room to its function, higher in bedrooms and lower in other rooms. Did a great job working around difficult sliding door opening. And yes, pricing is great. Process took longer than anticipated but what does it these days, but really worth the little longer wait.

I just wanted to follow up on the review below. Immediately after my review, I was contacted by the company. It turns out that one of the owners/managers? had Covid and because the company is very small they were unable to keep up with their emails. This was why I hadn't heard from anyone in several days. They sincerely apologized and I believe they learned from this experience. They booked me for my installation just a few days later and the installation was very quick and efficient Our shutters are beautiful and we just love them! If asked to recommend this company, I would change my original opinion and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful shutters.

We ordered our shutters in February before getting new windows to speed up the installation process. We had our new windows installed in August and measured for shutters on August 24th. We were told they would let us know when they were ready. We reached out through email on September 28th to check in, but no one responded. We tried to check in again on October 8th, but still haven't heard from anyone. It is now October 13th and more than two weeks after the first email. It is very unprofessional to not respond to someone for this amount of time. We are okay with waiting, but would like better communication as to when the shutters will be ready.

We had a non-standard door opening (high) that we wanted to be able to close off.
A standard door width would also have been problematic due to its location, so I had been looking for bi-folds (ugh). But the biggest problem was that we wanted air flow with the door closed.

When I found Canada Custom Shutters, it was the perfect answer. The entire experience with them was easy and professional from initial contact to final installation. Working with the designer was easy, the custom doors were built fairly quickly, and the installation well done (even with our slightly not straight door frame). They are exactly what I had been hoping for, and look great, matching all the other interior doors in the house.
