All County Aluminum

We were very happy with the work of All County. Work started on time and was done very well. The workers were accurate with their work and cleaned up every evening. All old siding was first removed, then insulation added, window trimmings sealed and siding added. No short cuts were done.

I had a number of estimates to replace the soffits and faschia on my front porch, and to move the downspout on my roof. Serge was by far the most reasonable and he also seemed straightforward and honest. I was very happy with the work him and his crew did. They were on schedule, quick, clean, and the work they did was superior quality. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We picked All County Aluminum to replace our eaves based upon previous Homestar reviews and we were not disappointed. Serge was always prompt and professional from the initial estimate to the installation, as were his employees. The work was done to our complete satisfaction. But best of all, he came by several times after the work was completed to address a minor issue, which he corrected. This was after being paid-in-full - and Serge seemed just as interested to correct the issue as I was!

Service from start to finish was exceptional and it's people like Serge and All-County that should do well and get all the business. Serge and his team came the day they said they would. The job was done in 1 day as promised. They cleaned up everything, you wouldnt even know they were there except for the new eaves. Contact them and they will get right back to you. Eaves are bigger, better, stronger than my previous ones and makes a huge difference in water flow around the house... you wont be disappointed, these guys know what they are doing and Serge is a stand-up guy! How can a contractor have all 10s? I asked myself? I called, booked, met Serge and saw the materials he would use. He was booked months in advance but we trusted, waited and waited. When it was done (last summer)it was great and Serge took care of all my concerns with a bit of extra work without charging more than the estimate. He was really understanding with our situation and good with our neighbour. What a doll. What value for the money!

We hired All County Aluminum to replace our old exterior front door. I was immediately impressed by Serge's attention to detail and customer focused approach. He took measurements of our front door twice to ensure he ordered the correct product and rescheduled another job to accommodate our last minute scheduling adjustment. Serge's staff (Bogdan) was efficient and cleaned up well after finishing the job.

After a kitchen gut, my exterior wall was left a mess, all cut, half siding torn off. So many windows added it was hard to figure out how to make it pleasing. Serge made the greatest impression, visited several times, very organized, very fair, very determined to make a small, tough job, pleasing in the end. No short cuts.
EVerything was as he said it would be. But the final results were even better in my eyes than I could have imagined. He met the challenge..and brought me such relief. I found All County Aluminum on Home Stars and I am glad I did. I was having problems with my old aluminum downspouts. One drained into an underground pipe to the sewage system and had become clogged and the other 2 drained into the lawn through PVC pipes. The problem with the PVC set-up is that in winter, the water in the PVC pipes freezes solid and any melting that occurs during the day flows right into the ground right next to the house. This sometimes causes seepage into the basement.

Serge is a very likeable and pleasant individual and explained the work that should be done very clearly. He explained to me the pros and cons of the different gutter protection systems to help me decide what I needed (I selected the Alu-Rex leaf guard system). He told me what needed to be done with the downspouts and took the time to match the colour of the new downspout extensions as closely as possible to the existing, non-standard eavestroughs Serge and the team completed the work very professionally and even repaired the soffit and aluminum when they found a section that squirrels had knawed through. I would unreservedly recommend All County Aluminum to anyone.

Now that our eavestroughs have been put to the test with three recent heavy downpours, we can finally sing the praises of All County Aluminum. There aren’t many contractors whom we could trust more than Serge to get the job done expertly and on time. We still can’t get over how fast the work was done from planning to execution. Our eavestroughs were in such bad shape that we had two mini Niagara Falls, one at the front over the door (!) and another at the back of the house (outside my bedroom window!). To add to our misadventure a flashstorm created a small lake in our basement, which we had to clean up the night before we went on holiday. We learned the hard way how important it is to have good eavestroughs. Now thankfully we have an intelligently designed system that allows us to sleep peacefully during heavy rainstorms and a basement that stays dry. Serge knows EVERYTHING about eavestroughs from design to materials, to proper downspout placement and width, to leaf guards (highly recommended if you have tall trees close to your home). Bonus – he has the workers to do the job professionally and efficiently. The clean up was immaculate. I can’t say enough good things about this company (and owner). And how could I forget – at a very reasonable price!

Serge came out a few weeks ago and took a look at my Eavestrough's which I was concerned about due to tigerstrips. Serge came out a few days after I called him and explained that this is normal and nothing to be concerned about. He took the time to go up on the ladder and ensure that everything looked correct. I had 5 other company's with 3 of them stating my eave's needed to be replaced. Just goes to show you there are some honest people out there.

In the end Serge is a stand up guy. He came out took the time to ensure there was not problems and did not charge me anything.
